As we journey toward the 2nd Covenant of Peace Convention 2027, we are organizing a series of one-day Pre-Convention Forums designed to equip the Church holistically — spiritually, socially, intellectually, and practically.
Each forum will run for one full day and will be structured in sessions that will ensure depth, impact, and practical outcomes.

We are inviting partners to:
🌍 Hosting Opportunities
Forums may be hosted in four formats:
1️⃣ International – Physical Hosting
An international church, institution, or organization hosts the forum in their country, physically convening participants and connecting with our team.
2️⃣ International – Virtual Hosting
An international partner co-hosts the forum online, providing speakers, moderators, and digital infrastructure.
3️⃣ Local – Physical Hosting
A Ugandan church, ministry, or Christian institution hosts the forum onsite, coordinating logistics and participant mobilization.
4️⃣ Local – Virtual Hosting
A local Christian partner supports digital engagement and coordinates participants in a hybrid or online format.

We are seeking sponsors for individual forums or the entire Pre-Convention Journey.

Faith, Church, and Holistic Health-$ 3500
Christ ministered to both body and soul. This forum integrates prayer, medical awareness, mental health support, and compassionate care.
Role of the Church
The Church must be a place where the sick are prayed for, guided toward proper treatment, supported emotionally, and embraced with dignity. Churches should promote health education and encourage access to medical care.
Role of Pastors:
Pastors must pray for the sick, counsel families, encourage responsible health practices, and support the development of faith-based health initiatives where possible.
Pastors and Pastoring -$ 2700
This forum strengthens pastoral identity as shepherding rooted in Christ’s finished work, not personal performance.
Role of the Church:
Churches must support their pastors spiritually, emotionally, and practically, ensuring sustainable and accountable ministry.
Role of Pastors:
Pastors must shepherd faithfully, guard doctrine, care for souls, maintain integrity, and pursue personal spiritual and emotional well-being.
Youth, Leadership, and the Future $5000
This forum equips young believers to lead with faith, character, and skill in Church and society.
Role of the Church:
The Church must intentionally disciple youth, invest in their education, mentor future leaders, and provide safe spaces for spiritual and intellectual growth.
Role of Pastors and Leaders:
Leaders must mentor young people, entrust them with responsibility, and cultivate Christ-centered leadership for the next generation.
Faith, Finance, and Economic Life- $3000
Christian faith must shape how believers earn, manage, and share resources.
Role of the Church:
The Church must teach financial stewardship, encourage honest work, promote generosity, and equip members with practical financial literacy.
Role of Pastors:
Pastors must model responsible stewardship, avoid financial exploitation, and guide believers toward ethical economic practices.
Faith, Climate Change, and Food Security- $3500
Faith must respond practically to hunger and environmental vulnerability. Genesis 41:33–36; Matthew 25:35
Role of the Church:
Churches should promote sustainable agriculture, community resilience, responsible planning, and support for vulnerable households.
Role of Pastors:
Pastors and ministers must teach wise stewardship, mobilize community support, and encourage preparedness in times of crisis.
Church & Civil Leaders Gathering on Peace and Reconciliation- $5000
2 Corinthians 5:18–20; Romans 12:18
Forum Description:
Christ has given believers the ministry of reconciliation. This forum brings Church and civic leaders together for peacebuilding.
Role of the Church:
The Church must model forgiveness, facilitate dialogue, and act as a bridge-builder in divided communities.
Role of Pastors:
Pastors must lead reconciliation efforts, confront hatred, and guide believers toward humility and peacemaking.
Faith, Discipleship in the Digital Age-$5000
Matthew 28:19–20; Romans 12:2
The digital world presents both opportunity and distraction. Discipleship must remain intentional and embodied.
Role of the Church:
Churches must use digital platforms for evangelism and teaching while strengthening in-person fellowship and accountability.
Role of Pastors:
Pastors must guard sound doctrine online, disciple believers responsibly, and encourage balanced, disciplined technology use.
Each forum is designed for maximum impact within a half or one full day.
This journey culminates in the 2nd Covenant of Peace Convention 2027 — a historic Christian gathering declaring the finished work of Christ and mobilizing the Church for faithful living.
